I had the honor of creating a fan giveaway jersey for our Hispanic Heritage weekend. As a brown man working in this industry, I have prided myself in being who I am in this field, and was even more proud to not only create this, but to partner with my hispanic coworker on this as well as having my Mexico born and raised mother opine on the initial design process with me. Seeing this come to life from concept to production was the highlight of the season for me.
